SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11am (M-F, excluding holidays) ship out the same day, as long as the item is in stock.  If items are out of stock, efforts will be made to get the item in stock within 10 business days.  We will notify you within 24hours if any items you ordered are out of stock.  

 

As we are using USPS, most orders will be delivered 2-5 business days of being placed.

Missing Package:  If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, send us an email with your name and order number, and we will cover the costs of reshipping the goods. 
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note:  shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

If unsatisfied with your product, we offer free return shipping on orders placed within 30 days or less.  You will be be e-mailed an RMA number, and an attached prepaid UPS label to return the merchandise.  You must print out the UPS label, attach it to your return package, and drop it off at an authorized UPS drop off location.

To receive an RMA number, contact us via the email form on our contact page, and let us know why you are returning the product.  If your return is approved, we will email you the RMA number with return instructions.  Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered are not returnable.  Returns are generally processed within a week.  Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
